Is Corvus Glaive still worth r2

I have a 6star r1 cg. I am currently at 6.4.4 and dont use suisides. I have heard cg is a great champ for everything but people use him with sides. I want to know if i should r2 him over cmm, both unduped or not and I dont plan on unlocking sides anytime soon. Thanks for any suggestions.
