Unduped 6* Kingpin or Duped 5* ?

I love this guy now after playing him for quite some time but as i know he needs the dupe for faster ramp up. My 5* is duped at sig 40 and can give more skill sigs but 6* is unduped . So which one should i take forward? Please don't just say 6* as he is a 6*
