Iron Patriot New Mechanic Idea

Signature Ability - Arc Overload
Upon reaching 10 stacks of Armor Up Buffs, Iron Patriot activates Arc Overload, gaining up to 50% of his Max Power over 5 seconds depending on his current combo meter. (40 combo = 50% Power Gain)

Always Active
Iron Patriot starts a fight with 2 indefinite Armor Up Buffs, each increasing Armor by +524.1

Iron Patriot's Armor Up and Regeneration Buffs cannot be Nullified, however it is still can be Staggered.

Power Up - Max 10 stacks
Under at least one Armor Up Buff, Iron Patriot is in Power Up mode.

In Power Up mode, every 4 hits on the combo meter forms an additional indefinite Armor Up Buff.
Armor Up Buff : +524.1 Armor Rating

Each Armor Up Buff also grants +10% Bleed Resistance.

Burnt Out - 0 Armor Up Buff
While Iron Patriot has no Armor Up Buff, he enters Burnt Out mode for 20 seconds.

While in Burnt Out mode, Iron Patriot can no longer forms any Armor Up Buffs on him and place an indefinite Armor Break Debuff on himself, reducing Armor Rating by -899. This Armor Break will be removed once he enters Power Up mode.

Burnt Out : +1000 Crit Rating, +350 Crit Damage

Special Attack 1
This Attack Consumes up to 5 Armor Up Buffs to place a Degeneration Debuff on the opponent, dealing 4521 Direct Damage over 4 seconds for each Armor Up Buff consumed. (5 Armor consumed : 5x Damage)

Enters Burnt Out for 20 seconds if all Armors are consumed for this Attack.

Special Attack 2
This Attack Consumes All Armor Up Buffs to place Armor Break Debuff on the opponent, reducing Armor Rating by -3988 for 20 seconds. Each Armor Up Buff consumed increase this Armor Break Duration by 2 seconds. (Max Duration : 40 seconds)

Enters Burnt Out for 20 seconds.

Special Attack 3
This Attack consumes all Armor Up Buffs to trigger a Regeneration Buff, recovering 2.5% of his Max Health over 10 seconds for each Armor Up Buff consumed.
(Max : 25% Regeneration). This Regeneration limit is decreased by 5% for each time Special Attack 3 is used. However, the lowest max limit of this Regeneration is 10%.

Enters Burnt Out for 20 Seconds.

Heavy Attack
If the opponent is under the effect of Armor Break, Heavy Attack triggers Madness. Madness cause the opponent to be passively Power Locked for 10 seconds.

This Ability goes on cooldown for 25 seconds.
