APOC Specials Bugged on Defense

Was just fighting an Apocalypse war boss and notices that he is applying his debuffs from his special without any contact to the attacker. As soon as he throws it you will be inflicted with one of his for buffs. Really makes it ridiculous when you can fully evade his Sp2 and still get inflicted with a degen that takes off a huge chunk of you health when you're fighting a 50K PI Apocalypse.

Edit: Didn't realize this is just how he interacts with suicides. My bad.
