AQ Time Out Happening at Start of Fight

I just clicked “Enter Fight” a Combo Meter Gwenpool fight in section 2 of map 7 of the Omega Red map, and it immediately ended the fight and said I timed out and my champ lost half its health...

This issue happened to someone in my BG yesterday as well.

Is this a known bug?
