Capiw vs Proxima cav eq 2.2

Capiw should be able to remove unstoppable buffs as long as he has kinetic charges. This is not the case versus the Proxima boss in the monthly EQ even though the node doesn't specify it as being a passive unstoppable. Has something changed with capiw mechanics? Is this something wrongly worded in the specific Node for this fight? Am I missing something else?

    If I remember correctly there is a node against nullify or smt

    That normally only happens after the first nullify but for some reason it actually doesnt even stop the first unstoppable

    If it was the node, then I at least should be able to remove it once, but it doesn't even do that. It isn't a passive, at least not mentioned anywhere, so something seems off

    His unstoppable counter is a nullify which is why he can’t stop passives thing and gets smacked by mr negative
    Thing is nullify immune. His unstoppable is not passive but fate seals and nullifies won't work vs Thing.

    It's because for some unknown reason capiw attempts to nullify when he has a kinetic charge whether they are unstoppable or not but it only takes a charge from him if successful. I discovered that vs sentry boss last eq as that attempted nullify made sentry always unstunnable.

    every hit capIW does counts as a nullify attempt, thus it kinda screws you over vs the mystic conditioning thingy and MR. negative if he is awakened

    Facing almost the same issue in eq 3.2 jugs fight
    This month eq 3.2 using hulk buster against juggernaut n he's blocking my sp1 n 2 .......stagger keep on popping while I'm dexing throwing sp ......n no he didn't heavy mi while unstoppable nor I try parry him while he's unstoppable .... WTH going on
