Are the sp's after combos broke again

So before the whole aq issue (when the sp issue was "fixed"I was having no issues with firing off a successful sp after 3 4 or 5 hits . Noel basically any special I fire off is blocked 90 percent of the time. Just like the old days. Anyone else running into this again?
I am using a s7 edge latest software updates

    Yup. They are being blocked and I even had a special interrupted today. Doc was winding up, about to sling his energy blast across the screen, and got punched and it ended the special.
