First, there were mutants in this game.
Then came the mighty Sentinel, the ultimate killing machine, designed to adapt to mutant powers and erradicate them all.
Then came Magneto buff, who just said "F U Sentinel, you are #Metal in this universe", thus becoming the only Mutant who directly counters this killing machine.
And NOW comes the mighty Nimrod, the supreme Sentinel, whose levels of perfection far exceed those of the normal Sentinel. This flawless killing machine makes the so-called "Master of Magmetism" just as helpless, as all other mutants are.
Finally, we have a Sentinel, who isn't countered by the very thing it was made to destroy.
Seriously tho, am I the only one to whom this interaction always felt a bit awkward? That Magneto directly countered Sentinels?

What I find funny is the whole "counter the counter" thing going on.
Different champions with different abilities. Thats how it works here
His spotlight says "Nimrod is the ultimate Sentinel." What does it mean then? What is he?
Nimrod is not the champion Sentinel, he is a different champion therefore he has different abilities.
Not a big comic reader, but I do remember this scene in a film where Magneto infuses the Sentinels with metal rods on a train to control them. So I wouldn't be surprised if something similar happened in the comics.
Either way, I think we can say that Sentinel is not the ultimate Sentinel.

Champs this health goes down under 70 hits. Mags was a fail too and Medusa took a lot longer.
And yes as a dedicated true player of the contest, I haven't read his abilities.
Just winged it while dying couple of times with other champs.
