Need help planning for 6.3.2 through 6.4.5

I completed 6.2.6 nearby 2 years ago on another account with Thing and his synergy team. I recently competed it on this account with apocalypse handling the final duties. I only needed two revives. But I got wrecked on 6.3.1 - Symbiote supreme without being awakened was rarely able to stop the regeneration. And at rank 4 he got knocked out multiple times. I didn’t dig into any units but used a lot of potions I had stored up all depleted. Had to get a combo of 150 or so to take out the last 32 percent of health and finally win. Now I need better planning for the next stretch.
Looking at my roster what will be my difficult matchups between 6.3.2 and 6.4.5? Any champions I should rank up for specific nodes and/or bosses? Any help is appreciated.
