Opinions on buffed War Machine

I have always liked War Machine as a character. I just pulled him as a 6 star and took him to rank 2 just for fun. The new design and rotation is simple, he is so tanky and he really feels like a tech wags.

Do you see this character being useful enough in MCOC’s future to take him up to r3? (Unawakened)

    He's a great support champ, his pre-fight ability will extend to every Tech on your team and that's going to be some really great damage/utility

    Has some great utility and some really solid damage for longer fights. Rank up who you like! If I had one, I would definitely consider him for r3
