Question is about Ibom and Human Torch.
I know, that Torch is considered better option, especially without suicides but I already have him R5 and I don't have 5* Ibom. Also, I'd like to play around with Ibom, since he seems really fun and really good.
But I don't know, if he is that good, to be considered and ranked before Torch, even with reasons above.
I already have couple of R3's, so that's another reason, why I consider "worse" champ.

You seem to prefer iBom over Torch in terms of having fun w them. And since you have Torch at r5, I'd say iBom is the better choice here
