Gambit Horseman bugged in mutant Cav Eq Domino fight

As title,

Gambit as horseman is bugged at the final boss fight with Domino. While charging block to get the 10 stacks, the max cap is sitting at 9,and can't get the 10th stack for 100% perfect block.

    Happened to me also with Gambit vs that Domino. Don't think it's bugged but rather her agility acc straight up turning off his charge machinic completely. She does weird stuff like that all the time. She can turn off Sym Supreme's phases completely the same way as well.

    Use heavy to convert to prowess and you can build up more stacks while you still have prowess
