Is this a known bug? I couldn't find anything on it...You can't interrupt his sp1 while fighting him but I REGULARLY get attacked in the middle of my special one attack with OG BP???

First one shows how they get stunned basically like any chain of attacks in a special....although I got lucky, 2nd one shows winter soldier just swinging freely...again, he missed me, but I REGULARLY get clipped during his SP1
