Can’t play on my iPhone

Hi, I have been having some trouble with the game for a few months now where I cannot seem to log in and play on my iPhone, my iPhone is a 7 Plus and runs on the iOS 11.3 beta but the problem should not be with the beta software as in the previous iOS 10 and other games in my current software, the problem is non existent. Plus I have this game on my iPad mini that by right is not supported but I can log in to the same account and play it (although it’s super laggy and tends to crash on my iPad mini) but still. So can someone please help me with this weird problem? Thanks! lr0no2udd8md.png
