@Kabam Miike Goodnight. as I remember this tactical defense was never mentioned a rework, and out of nowhere when they insert in the AW (wrongly, which should be the Untouchables, for what you mentioned in the forum) with totally different values, even more with super values absurd, an energy damage increase by 1000 and time reduction to activate each charge 10 seconds. they buffed the tactical defense, from 8 to 80 (just an expression that is usually said) without warning and meaningless.
