IHulk's Immortality not triggering

I've encountered an issue where IHulk's immortality doesn't seem to trigger when self-inflicting damage and when I take a hit I die immediately when I go into a new fight. As far as I've noticed, this seems to happen when I have at least 13-15 gamma in a new fight and seems to happen very sporadically. There's also a weird interaction against Doc Ock were after the immortality finishes, the regen completely fails without a heal block being placed and I still have gamma leftover.

5.3.6 for item grinding.

I tested against Dock Ock with 47 gamma and again the regen completely failed without a heal block being placed. I have a video but I don't know how to post them here.

Here's video of this Doc Ock issue where you see his regen just goes nowhere.
