Suggestion to eliminate BOTs in arena

In both 6 stars basic and feature arena, there are many accounts that are suspicious. They have same pattern:
- not so big roster, around 400-600K
- not grind for any contents but only have cavalier or uncollected title. I believe it is just minimum requirement for joining the 6 stars arena.
- always online 24/7.
- they always get the champs either 5 stars or 6 stars.
- same names always show up in every arena.

How could these account could even land top 100 unless they spend ridiculous amount of money in every arenas?

My suggestion is to make 6 stars arena only for the Thronebreaker. In reality, it is very rare that cavalier player could land top 100.

We could then make 5 stars arena for cavalier player to participate.

This will also encourage player to progress in their story content.

Unit milestones, battle chips, gold etc are a huge factor why cav players etc do arena, not necessarily for the champ

Then cavs would never get 5* as all the slots would be Thronebreaker and bots.

How could this player could land top 100 in 6 stars arena all the time? He also play 24/7 but he seems to focus only on arena.

If we let this continue, it is bad for the community as the real player will not be able to aquire the champs as you cannot beat the BOTs.

Something has to be done about arena, the blatant cheating is ruining a game mode that could be a very valuable mode to roster progression. I know too many players that won’t waste time/units on it unless it gets fixed.

To get through act 6 is not easy. You need to have roster depth to complete it. It is unlikely that those cheaters will invest their time to get it done unless they use the program which Kabam should be able to detect easily.

From those suspicious account, none of them has enough hero rating to achieve TB, I believe. On top of that, they just focus on arena to make all the players life miserable.

This is some bs. Sometimes the reason people aren't TB is because of rng. I'm currently in Act 7 but I'm not TB because I'm chasing 4500 skill t5cc frags. So I shouldn't be allowed into the 6* arena to "motivate me to progress in story content?"

Then what should be proper solution to get rid of those BOTs? I know it is not easy as it sometimes relying on RNG to get to TB. For me, I needed to run the AOL to get my TB. It is painful of course for some players. But to have those BOTs, it will destroy the game more. Imagine spending 6-8 hours a day for 3 days including spending units and you missed the champs because of those BOTs.

Is it possible for Kabam to consider the milestone system instead of ranking system for 5 and 6 stars champs as well? You can set challenging milestone number. Players can either build their roster spend their time, or utilising units to refresh if they really want the champs. It will also give player some level of control as well, not only to rely on chance as in crystal openning. Of course, the top people could still get some special title to demonstrate their effort.

Ranking system is OK if there is better control on the cheating. But, what is happening now is the players not only compete with other players but BOTs.... How could we compete with BOTs if they could get the champs without even sweating their fingers.... This is why it is so unfair and need immediate attention and action.

I did some test on those BOTs using a test account. My understanding is those BOTs are built around auto-touch scripts.

I think it seems quite challenging to detect the BOTs as the phone still behave like the players are playing to game. On top of that, to be online 24/7 is not enough to accuse those cheaters. It is not the same as using the MOD to help clearing the content because using MOD will change the hit points and time to end the fights. It is much easier to detect irregularities.

I believe those cheaters use BOTs to grind for units first. Then open some crystals to build their roster. After that, they will start creeping in to 6* basic by running it 24/7 and reinvest the units from the grind to get the champs.... Then it go round and round in cycle. Without any action, those guys will be stronger and stronger as they get more and more champs. How could someone playing this game to reach uncollected or cavalier, then dont do anything else but arena?

We grind arena for units and to get the champs to strengthen our roster to clear content, but we got beaten by the invisible god, the BOT.

Kabam - if you could not fix this, please use milestone system... It is hard enough to grind and spend money on this game. Don't make our life more miserable to be beaten by those BOTs. It is time that you should step up and help players. Don't be afraid losing your revenue. When the people want the champs, they will grind and still using units to get those milestone for the champs. They still spend the money in game. Without your action, more people will get burn-out and leave the game.

I am not accusing cavalier players but I check those guys profile regularly. They just reach cavalier or uncollected with out any other achievement. They grind like 600K pvp fights. Their account is around 400-600K (for now). TB could use BOT as well but I don't think anyone who reach TB will risk their account being ban using the BOT (just my believe. For me, as TB, I won't.)

Its pretty simple really, bots are easily identified but they push up arena scores which in turn makes legitimate players spend more units to get the required scores. Where do majority of units come from? $$$$$ and we all know who loves the $$$$ over everything else here don't we

Sad but true... Deep in my heart I agree with you.... I hope that I am wrong that this problem has never been resolved is because of $$$$.

In fact, most of the players don't have any income by playing the game like YouTubers. We spend our hard earn money because we love the game. We have fun to have some challenges but not against those BOTs.

Kabam - please respect your customers by getting rid of those BOTs. Otherwise, you should change your arena system to reward the players on their effort ..... Please....
