Description of the Issue: When Ultron is brought below 50% or 25% health, there are times when his Function (Heal) doesn’t activate. The “Processing” doesn’t even show up on the left side of the screen. No stuns occurred, no ability accurately reductions, no buff steals, no nullify, no buff immunity, no heal blocks, nothing to stop it from happening. It just doesn’t happen. I’ve noticed it’s about 50% of the time this happens. I only know of this happening in this one quest, as it is the only mode which I’ve played him recently.
