special mission (week 4)

You said that by completing one difficulty of each week special missions will unlock all the difficulties of the next week.
I completed two difficulties of week3 (you probably imagine why) and it unlocked only the same difficulties I completed and not all four.
is it a bug? or just wrong information from your side?

    No, you must complete every set in every difficulty to unlock the next set in every difficulty. You must complete all the sets of one difficulty (4 weeks in one difficulty) to unlock next month's event
