Okay so the punctuation may be a bit off.. but I’m desperate for a tech champ to rank up!
Here is my futile suggestions for a simple change that would make vision more fun and effective!

Vision utilizes the opponents power against them.
Option 1: draining power has additional effects based on how many bars are drained. The issue is if you power lock the opponent, you lose the opportunity to unlock these effects. Perhaps, If all power is drained on an odd combo, apply power lock, but on an even combo grant 5% regen (or alternate effect). So you can choose to maintain the power lock strategy, or go for regen and utilize their power against them.
When draining power, place a passive degeneration dealing X damage per bar of power drained and reducing ability accuracy by x% per bar of power drained for a duration of x seconds per bar of power drained.
If at least 2 bars of power drained, Gain a passive “Empowered“ effect empowering visions strikes and dealing a burst of x% energy damage.
If 3 bars of power are drained, inflict a stun debuff lasting x seconds (3s?).
Alternatively…
Option 2: maintain the ability to power lock opponent while still gaining access to these additional effects.
Each hit places a charge on the opponent, when the opponent uses a special attacks it consumes 10 charges (or 10 per bar of power spent).
When draining power, consume charges for additional effects.
10 + - place a passive degeneration dealing X damage per charge, reducing ability accuracy by x% charge for a duration of x seconds charge consumed.
20 - Gain a passive “Empowered“ effect empowering visions strikes and dealing a burst of x% energy damage.
30 - inflict a stun debuff lasting x seconds (3s?).
