We were a once strong Ally, but have slowly been shrinking. The DREAM would be to add members to join our ally.
Those that remain are incredible/strong/reliable players. We run Map 5 consistently (just 1 BG atm) and have managed Silver2 in last season of AW with our skeleton crew. It's a tough haul trying to recruiting decent players when we are down to just 16 in the ally (makes sense that a nearly full ally would get recruits before ours).
Looking at all options!!! Join us, have a group we'd be happy to have you merge, run your own BG if you like, or even consider our crew merging with another ally. Haven't been running line/discord, but can if preferred.
