Mobile phone locking self up

It happened three times today. First two times I was in a middle of fight and screen went black. At first I thought that battery had died but actually mobile phone locked itself up and I had to insert password to unlock it.
Third time was 5 minutes ago. I entered in the game main menu showed up and again black screen and I had to unlock.
Anyone had similar isuses?
