My special being blocked/evaded mid use

Was just playing the 2-day tier 4 fragment event quest and multiple times, with me using different champs and against different opponents, my specials 1 and 2 were either blocked or evaded mid special even after the first hit had already landed. I was using Hyperion, x-23, and rhino when the bugs happened
