Shorten the 6-star feature

We have a new 6-star feature coming out October 5, one day before the launch of next month’s EQ. By that point, Kitty and Nimrod will have both been out a few weeks, but neither will even qualify for this feature. (New champs should be overseer, purgatory, spidey99, Peni, herc and America Chavez).

It’d be great to shorten the feature by two weeks to adjust this window or add a seventh new champ (one or two times only) to get things more current. The champs at the end of this cycle effectively disappear for months, and it’s frustrating seeing the 6-star variety be so hard to access.

Yea I think they should add 8 to the featured instead of 6 for a few times, they need to catch up with the schedule. They last for 98 days but we get 6 new champions every 90 days - each time it gets deeper and deeper away from being "on time".

Follow up:

Purgatory goes into the 5-star basic around 10/19. Purgatory won’t hit the 6-star basic until January.

Kitty and Nimrod will hit the 5-star basic in Jan/Feb, and absent a change won’t hit the 6-star basic until April.

Either shorten upcoming crystals for a week or two, or consider adding 1-2 more new champs to adjust the release schedule, please.

I agree with this, if you dont want people to hoard large amounts of shards, it would be more fun if we could go for these champs earlier than 6 months in between openings

I hadn’t considered it until now, but maybe part of the answer is 4 new champs per crystal. The basic pool is so bloated that even with 6-7 crystals per year and 20 available slots, you still couldn’t get everyone in there once per year.

You know what else is overdue? 6-star dual class crystals. We should be able to target 1-2 classes if you’re gonna have events that give out full t5cc
