Dual-Class Crystals don't count towards "test of the" weekly sigil event

Hey y'all,
I'd been saving a good lot of 4-star hero crystal shards, because I have a ton of ISO in my stash and most of my 4 star champs are already max sig. This afternoon, I decided to pop open 10 of them because each 4-star crystal counts as 2,500 points towards the weekly Test of the (insert progression level here), in my case Thronebreaker. I thought that I was going to get 25,000 points towards that event.
What I was *not* aware of is that dual-class crystals do NOT count as points in these events! After I popped open all 10 of the mutant-skill crystals, I noticed that my Test of the Thronebreaker didn't climb up at all. I emailed Kabam support, and was told that dual-class don't count towards these events. Frankly, I think that's dumb, and deceiving. Therefore, I figured I'd make this post as a warning to other summoners out there-- only regular hero crystals count.
I feel that Kabam should make this a lot clearer, but maybe I'm just being dense.
