Any Tips on Sunspot in Shang-Chi Challenge?

Started a New Account recently and would like to grab that 5* Crystal in Shang-Chi CQC Ch1 Exploration. I can Quake everyone but Shang-Chi and Hit-Monkey for which I have Stealthy.
My only problem is Sunspot. His No Retreat Node is a nuisance because I can’t Quake properly without taking Degen Damage.
The only solution I can think of is Quake Heavy Only Method but it’s insanely hard to do and I can’t do it. I’ve practiced on my main but it’s very difficult.
Any Suggestions? (Roster Below)

I actually want to figure out how to play him properly, cause the ones that know how to rave about him.
Unfortunately, I only have him as a 5*, and with 6* being so much easier to come by now, I can't bring myself to invest in ranking him up.
