Crash recovery system not working

I'm trying to do the t4 arena, I'm in an area of hit and miss signal which I accept isn't ideal but if the game losses signal shouldn't the crash recovery system allow me to redo the match?
I know you only get so many chances in a limited amount of time but it's not working at all
