I agree with a lot of the other champions mentioned but I'll just throw Punisher 2099 into the ring as well. His power control is insane. I've cleared so many fights where there are super tricky special attacks simply because they don't reach enough power to throw those special attacks. You have a problem with Bishop? Not if you deny him all of his prowess and power, you don't. Nick Fury's SP1 giving you grief? Not if he never throws it! Can't dodge Emma Frost's specials? Don't need to!
Also worth mentioning: iBom. He's insane. His sustainability is just through the roof. I took my r5 into Act 7 and he was just beasting that whole lane, more or less. I took an SP3 to the face on the penultimate fight and finished with maybe 3% health but was up to maybe 30% after the next fight. It was a shame that he wasn't a good fit for the boss and I had to swap him out because he was on a roll.
