One More Loki Rework Idea

There are many Loki reworks, cause he really needs an update, so I hope you won’t mind having mine as well.
Recently I got a 5* Loki and after using him a little I realized that he could be better, so I made a cursing mechanism and some small changes on the original Loki to upgrade him (especially on attack) but not make him op (on defense he’s more or less the same). The mechanism has 2 curses, I don’t have any name preferences so I named them Red Curse and Green Curse, cause they’ll appear with red and green color (I bet you can give them names if you want to). Below are Loki’s abilities for any rank

Loki:

Passive

-Due to his Frost Giant biology, Loki is immune to Coldsnap and Frostbite debuffs. (Many players ask that, it makes sense)

Well Timed Blocks

-When performing a Well-Timed block on basic attacks, Loki has a 100% chance to Evade. This ability goes on Cooldown for 12 seconds.
-When performing an Evade, Loki counter attacks with his scepter and inflicts Red Curse when hit. This attack generates no Power for the Opponent.
(That’s basically Elsa’s evade with different debuff)
[Animation: Opponent hits a Loki illusion (it will look like when prof. X dodges, but green), and real Loki is one step back with extended scepter hitting opponent]

Heavy Attack

-While the opponent is Cursed with either Curse, this attack has 100% Critical Hit Chance. Additionally, it has a 100% chance to reset the duration of all activated Curses.

Curses

-Curses are passive debuffs
-Curses don't stack
-Red Curse:
-It lasts 12 sec
-Reduces regeneration rate by 30% (like poison with no damage)
-Basic Attacks while the opponent is Cursed with Red Curse: Loki has a 5% chance to Stun the opponent for 1 second
-Green Curse:
-It lasts 12 sec
-Blocks healing
-Inflicts Disorient debuff reducing the opponent's Block Proficiency by X% and Defensive Ability Accuracy by X% (for Xs you decide value, you know better than I do)
-Basic Attacks while the opponent is Cursed with Green Curse: Loki has a 15% chance to Stun the opponent for 1 second
-Both Curses are active:
-Any healing damages the opponent instead of healing him
-Inflicts Taunt debuff. Taunted opponents have their Attack reduced by X and have a X% higher chance to activate a Special Attack (for Xs you decide value, you know better than I do)
-Basic Attacks while the opponent is Cursed with Both Curses: Loki has a 20% chance to Stun the opponent for 1.5 seconds

Special Attacks

-During Special Attacks the duration of Curses is paused

Special Attack 1:

Curse of Agony
Loki slashes the opponent with his scepter while distracting them with an illusion, and then finishes them with a dark energy blast.

-Steals all of the opponent's Buffs. Stolen Buffs last for X second(s). (the original X, don't know what is for each rank)
-100% chance to reset the duration of Red Curse.
-50% chance to reset the duration of Green Curse.
[Animation: Real Loki does the same thing he does now, but while he does scepter slash an illusion Loki does a leg sweep (it doesn't hit opponent, its an illusion)]

Special Attack 2:

Cryokinesis
Loki taps into his Frost Giant lineage to overpower opponents with a surge of ice.

-If Loki has more Health points than his opponent, he has a X% chance of subtracting X% of their max Health instantly. (the original Xs, don't know what is for each rank)
-Inflicts frostbite/coldsnap (don't know which you prefer) dealing X damage over X second(s). (for Xs you decide values, you know better than I do)
-This attack is Unblockable.
[Animation: Same as the one he does now, but his skin turns blue during the special attack (due to frost giant lineage)]

Special Attack 3:

Mayhem
Loki manipulates the opponent into attacking his illusions until he is ready to deal the final blow.

-Loki inflicts Green Curse on the opponent, dealing X Energy Damage and allowing him to steal any of the opponent's Buffs for X seconds. Stolen Buffs last for 7 second(s). (the original Xs, don't know what is for each rank)

Signature Ability:

Ascendant
-Rising in power through sorcery and subterfuge, Loki generates one bar of power over X seconds, as long as he is below 1 bar. (the original X, don't know what is for each rank)
-If opponent is Cursed with either Curse: The power opponent generates from Loki's attacks is reduced by X% and the reduced amount is added to Loki's power. (for X you decide values, you know better than I do, but I think 50% reduction is good for maxed signature ability)


Thats all, please give ideas and improvements (without making Loki op).
