No items included with in game message

Was told there's compensation, got nothing, didn't get the CGR log in crystal, on top of that the game pauses as soon as the fight start right before I initially parry, so all month I start fights with dex instead. Just beat 7.1.1 last night but needed so many revives against BWDO boss because of the pause/glitch issue, you can't block her or she flash bang you, the moment I come out of the intital freeze she starts a 5 hit combo or flashback me cause the game registered I tried to block. Can I get some non Alliance pots and revives too, game getting frustrating
