Cav what if nexus crystal package

I recently tryed to purchase one of the $4.99 packages. It kept declining and my Apple wallet says declined for $48.87 so I tryed again and it keeps declining for that amount… y is that happening as there is no package that comes to that amount… I called my bank and they confirmed I have $40 in my account so what’s going on with the $49 dollar charge for a $5 package? If I had more money in my account this purchase would have been deducted
