    Season just started. If you are referring to season 28 that ended two weeks ago, if you are positive you participated in at least 5 wars and did not leave the alliance prior to rewards being distributed, you will need to start a support ticket, top left corner in the game.

    If you are referring to the wars since season 28, then they were just for fun.
