Possible iHulk Immortality bug

Just happened two times in AW where my iHulk failed to gain immortality then Regen based off saved gamma radiation.
First time was against Mojo in tier 6 boss island node 50. No heal block or reduced AA just safeguard and extra recovery. Had two of Mojo’s degens on me but had 80 gamma stored up. Didn’t get immortality or anything. Just died from the degen
Second time happened against Sentinel tier 6 boss island node 53. Shifting immunity and polka dot power. He hit into my block with 1% health left and I instantly died despite having 100 gamma radiation.
