AW Attack Tactic - DOT

So it's come to my attention recently that in order to use the AW Attack: Damage Over Time tactic you have to have two separate types of damaging debuffs on the opponent in order to heal block them. This, to me, seems problematic for a few reasons and I think should be reconfigured to allow for multiple debuffs of the same type (similar to the way Diss Track works).

My reason for this is because I've noticed that many of the champions which have the tag and are supposed to be able to benefit from the ability can't because they only deal one type of debuff. Examples include: Old Man Logan, Hyperion, Hulkbuster, Tigra, Black Panther, Hit-Monkey... I could list at least a couple dozen examples. Since these champions can only deal one type of damaging debuff, the only way they can benefit from this tactic is if the opponent happens to be running suicide masteries. In fact, the only champions I can think of off the top of my head who both have the necessary tag and can inflict two types of debuffs are Mole Man (bleed and shock) and Night Thrasher (Incinerate and Shock).

In short, I think reconfiguring the tactic to allow for multiple debuffs of the same type will allow for much easier access to the heal block for Damage Over Time champions while also staying reasonably powered. And if this isn't changed, then I think it almost completely defeats the purpose of the tactic because more than 90% of the champions who have the tag can't benefit from it except in specific situations.

I'd like to hear some of the community's thoughts on this one, and hopefully get a response from the Kabam developers as well. I enjoy the idea of attack tactics and would like to see how this feature develops, but I think the Damage Over Time tactic is just too niche in its current state to really be of use.
