Gameplay issues in War…

And not just War, but Story mode and AQ as well.

First fight right off the bat in War. No Parry (thought I just mistimed at first), then no evading or blocking, just my champ standing there wide open and taking it right up the wahoo. Dead. Couldn’t do anything.
Then I go to move forward to my first fight in War on another account and the game sat there with the little blinking red icon at the bottom right of the screen for about 2 minutes and then disconnected. Reloaded the game and go back into War and lost my 3 energy. Now I have to wait to get to my first fight of War.

This is getting ridiculous now Kabam. Issue after issue after issue. The game’s not fun anymore and the little bit of compensation you give us doesn’t even compare to the resources I’m using just in War alone. Not to mention how expensive the Health pots are in War. I’m about done.

Champion dashing backwards while in the middle of a 5-hit combo, on the “light” attack part. Dashing backwards on a tap of the screen?

Champion doing 2 Medium attacks in a row while trying to perform a 5-hit combo…..

Champion throwing an attack while trying to Parry or block…..

The SP Attack button not working!! There’s been several occasions where I’ve hit the damn button TWICE and nothing happens…..

I’m using a brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max, and with that said, I will state one gameplay issue that I haven’t experienced with this new iPhone, is that the game hasn’t force closed on me YET, but used to do it quite a bit on my previous iPhone 11, especially going into a fight in either AQ or War. So that’s a plus I guess.

I believe the issue is how the game runs on your new phone. I noticed similar issues last year when I got the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and an alliance mate is also having problems with his iPhone 13 Pro. These are the same issues most of the community is having, but the issues seem worse with newer iPhones.
I'm not a tech guy, but based on previous announcements regarding the issue, it seems to have something to do with the frame rate. On the bright side, Kabam seems optimistic they will have this sorted by next month (November update).
Regardless, you aren't alone. Recently, I was having issues dashing forward while trying to dash back multiple times in a row against an AQ mini boss. At one point during the fight, I started questioning if there was some reversed controls node that I overlooked. There wasn't, of course.

The game issues are really bad this month im struggling to parry and dex again on ios tried android and dex wasnt registering at all, and again im just lagging like crazy and not sure how to resolve since this was the first time an update has made my ios device lag for a few mins
