T4CC shortage

T4 Class catalyst allocation is kind of ridiculous at this point. I am aware of the october event that rewards random t4 but at this point in the game we should be able to buy fully formed t4cc every week of the class desired. Than be.... Violated by rng in opening said crystals where opening 20 will give you just 1 catalyst you need.
It doesnt make any sense whatsoever that we can buy fully formed T2A(as frags) and T5B in glory store but only get what 10%? Of t4cc in glory store every week. The t4cc daily quest is a joke. There is not even a selector in the sigil store lol.
If you need more motivation, I can post an indepth post with math and what not.
Please improve resource allocation to a more even degree.
