Bishop buff

I'm sure this has probably been discussed already but I haven't really had any issues until now. Is this something that's working as intended? We just faced a Bishop war boss, running suicides, and when I'm on the other side of the screen, the defender is holding block and I'm taking massive amounts of damage. I had no debuffs on me and wasn't close to Bishop. If working as intended, what kind of non-sense is that? Passive damage with no debuffs and not being close to the opponent.

I agree, it's a bit of a nonsensical ability. When he bleeds, he inflicts damage on you by overloading; regardless of proximity.

If you hit into his block, you can give him Prowess, then he'll consume it and should remove the bleed debuff.

It's annoying; but no more so than when Elsa does the same thing. And at least you can get Bishop to remove his own bleed debuff.
