Thor ragnarok Power Gain during sp3

So I was using the new buffed Thor ragnarok and noticed that when I reach 40 hits and get the power gain buff and use a special 3 while the power gain buff is active I am not getting any power after the special 3 While the power gain buff is still showing up and loading.

    The Power Gain is designed to give him "enough power to reach SP3" at the time it is activated.

    If you have 0 power, it'll give him a relatively rapid Power Gain (which you can do by activating SP3 at 34-39, 74-79, 114-119 etc. hits)

    If he already has max power, it won't do anything, because I don't think his current power affects it - only the power he had on activation.
