Sept side quests

I didn't get a few of the side quest till the end of the Sept month and now I'm hearing I can only get symbiote and anti-venom if I do them. I don't have time nor do I want to do like uncollected and lower side quests.
Can this be fixed for me?
What's up with the bugs recently?
