Which is better as well as who to rank up

So im level 48, and right now i can rank up 4* stark spidey to R5/50 or 5* Hyperion to 3/45 in a week. If i choose one , it will take about a month for me rank up the one left behind. Thoughts? Need the wisdom of the crowd LOL

By that logic, don't rank up hyp as 5* won't matter in the future at some point either
