Generic Awakening Gem on Nick Fury, Captain Marvel (Movie), or Void

As stated, which champion would be best to awaken? I’m fairly new and these champs are 4*. My only 5* at the moment is Storm (Pyramid). I know the popular choice would be Nick Fury, but I already have 4* Shang Chi 4/5 awakened and he seems solid and currently my second best champion. With Cap, I know she is a solid character to awaken but I do already have 4* Venom the Duck 4/5 unawakened as my #3 slot. As for Void, I think he could be perfect to fill my science needs as currently my best science is 4* Immo Abomination 3/5 unawakened. I have enough sig stones to take Void to 80 as well which I think is solid. To my understanding, he needs a high sig level. I also have the ability to take any of these characters to 5/5 if that matters.
