SA Awards In New Alliance

How long do you have to be in alliance before you earn SA awards. I’ve been in an alliance for two weeks, contributed event points in this last event, it said I was eligible but did not get awards. Nor have I’ve gotten rank awards for AQ. Confused and hope you can help. I don’t remember this happening when I joined other alliances.

    AQ is 10 days, SA you will get when you're there from the start to the end of a cycle

    SA has a 6 days block... If you join during the first 24 hours of the event, you are safe.
