CGR Unlimited Judgements ?

I was doing CavEQ 2.1 where Agent Venom is Boss I placed Wags PreFight and Fight with CGR I tried 5 Aptitudes Rotation but got hit so 5 Judgements completed and he Shruged Off Damination.
I never used Power gain and Aptitude Judgments so I was Able to gain them Unlimited and Judgements never Reset but never gain already placed Judgements
