We all got excited and happy he is back and working to max him for other side quest but we never got a response on whether he will remain at r5 or will he go back to r1 after the event is over??? If he is gonna go back to r1 then grinding to r5 him maybe a waste of time.

    I expect him to stay maxed out but there will be no prefights for him. But I haven't read anything about that.

    I can't see why he wouldn't stay maxed. Limited on ability outside of the side quest, no sp3 and no signature ability. He's not gonna be game breaking
