Can’t get to the C exits of Eyes Within, Destroyer of Light

I can’t get to the C exits of Eyes Within in Chaper 2, Destroyer of Light, can’t get to the C and D exits of The king In Black in Chapter 3 either. How can I get to those exits so that I can complete the map? Anyone have any ideas? Please help! Thanks!
