Who to R3?

I’m currently starting 6.4 and have a science T5CC.

I bought all the Cav Deadpool offers and managed to get a science 1-2 gem and from the nexus I awakened CAIW!

I originally picked the science T5CC from SOP for Human Torch, should he still be my choice for TB? I can only get CAIW to sig 30 btw.

I would go Torch for the time being. CAIW unfortunately has to wait until 6* sig stones are more available.
