Totally depends on what you need in each fight but the standard rotation is to keep firing sp1s which keeps her nullification aura up and as you do so she will naturally trigger the effects of her different runes (regen, armour break, slow).
If you need to be more specific for any particular fight you can manually cycle which rune she is on using heavy attack before firing your special.
If it's going to be a long fight you can build to an sp3 to gain a permanent rune which will be triggered every special attack regardless of which type is active at the time.
She's very versatile and often works well on the mystic EQ paths (including this months)
