Desperately need help with Support

Hi

I've asked similar before, but I desperately need help with support. @Kabam Miike I've logged 3 tickets now, and I've had 1 generic support response where they didn't even read my query.

Please can someone at Kabam take a look at the case, as it will affect my ability to Rank 5 Steve, through no fault of my own.

    Hey @Hyperion, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and are unable to help with account-specific cases. Additionally, we don't have access to our Support Team's ticket system. I recommend continuing to work with our Support Team so your concerns can be addressed.
