Civil Warrior's signature description

Signature ability description: An upgrade to Civil Warrior's Arc Shield grants him 2 Armor Up charges at the start of the fight. each increasing Armor Rating by X for 2 seconds.

The signature ability description is wrong because I am pretty sure the Armor Up charges lasts much more than 2 seconds.

    I believe it should say 10 seconds. I've been waiting for them to have it fixed.
