Is this a bug ?

so i have enough T4 Basic Catalyst´s and i have enough T4CC but as you can see i can´t rank up my 6* shang chi because my inventory does not let me have 7 T4CC or 7 T4 Basic so how am i suposed to rank up my 6 star to rank 2 ? I have apocalypse rank 2 but used a rank up gem on him so i dont quite understand whats going on now. Is this a bug or do i really have to spend money for the summoner sigil in order to be able to rank up a 6 star from rank 1 to rank 2?? any help would be nice

    nevermind my alliance mate told me what the problem is, my level is too low XD close this thread
